We stand behind our craftsmanship. Please note: returned items must be in resellable condition (e.g., belts must be unworn).
Lifetime Warranty
Our products are heirloom quality and intended to be passed on through generations.
All items are guaranteed for life when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. We will cover all shipping costs; just send it to us for a free repair (or replacement).
This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. Damage such as markings or discoloration are not protected by this warranty (also known as patina).
Return Options
Return for an Exchange
If your product is faulty, or we sent you the wrong order by mistake, contact us within 90 days of delivery to get a replacement.
If you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you were expecting, we’ll be happy to exchange your purchase and provide you with a prepaid label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning Items for Exchange:

- We will process your exchange or store credit as soon as you mail your item back to us.
Return for Online Gift Card
Not sure what you want just yet? No worries. All our gift cards are good for life and ready whenever you want to redeem it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning Items for an Online Gift Card:
- Send your items back to us within 90 days of delivery for store credit.
- We will process your exchange or store credit as soon as you mail your item back to us.
Return for Refund
All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. If your card has expired or been canceled then the return will be issued as a store-credit.
Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.
If you’ve paid with Klarna or AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your Klarna or AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

Returning Items for Refund:
- Send your items back to us within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- International customers (outside US and Canada) must arrange their own postage.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Returns FAQs
Can I return anything?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or engraved products
- Items that cannot be resold (e.g., belts must be unworn)
- Permanently altered products
- Final sale items
- Items purchased from third parties like Massdrop, Amazon, or retail outlets (warranty issues still honored)
I'm located outside Canada and the USA, do I get a prepaid label?
Sorry! At this time international customers (outside of the USA or Canada) that initiate returns or exchanges are responsible for all shipping costs.
What happens when I get a repair?
If a return is made due to the Popov Leather being at fault, then we will arrange the shipping for you through the courier of our choice. We will not reimburse your return freight costs should you decide to ship it back on your own expense; no exceptions will be allowed.
For all warranty issues, our first step will always be to repair the item. If the item is not repairable, we will replace the item. If the leather color or item style originally ordered is unavailable, we will work with the customer to find a suitable replacement.
Can I use my own return label?
Yes of course! Please contact us so we can provide you with our returns address and instructions for packaging.
Do you provide prepaid labels for returns?
Yes, however customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
