I pre-ordered English Tan to match the rest of my Popov gear, and it looks amazing with the black strap. It does show scuffs and scratches more than I assume the black would but that was part of the appeal for me. It fits exactly what I need for a day without a bunch of extra space or sagging I get from bags with too much room.

This satchel is bloody beautiful. I haven't used it yet because Canadian winters aren't leather friendly but I can't wait till the warmer Temps come and I can show this beauty off. So incredibly well made and classic. You'll have it forever. Buy it. you won't regret it.
Beautifully executed piece. Smells and feels gorgeous. Strap maybe a tad narrow. Clasp hard to use if it's new and empty but after it softens up and gets filled up it should operate well.
This is almost the perfect satchel. The leather is amazing as always & quality top notch. The only thing I would change is the method of closure. The little metal pin to close it is awkward -hence the 4 stars
