I love this bag so much. It is minimalistic but so well made. I get a lot of compliments on how beautiful it is. As I use it more often, the wear looks great on the bag. Every part of this bag is sturdy and well made, you can tell the time, effort, and craftsmanship that went into building it. I can fit a notebook and wallet in the bag easily with some accessories. It isn't for you if you want to carry a lot of larger items, such as several large books or ipads, but you may love how it is more like a smaller messenger bag with just the right amount of storage. If you struggle to stop carrying so much (and hurting your back/shoulders in the process!), this bag helps keep you from making it too heavy. I have bad shoulders so I need my bags to be light but robust. After getting this bag, I gave my other purse and a messenger bag away and now only use this one. When something works so well, I don't feel the need to ever switch away.
I had pre-ordered the Everyday Satchel and it came right on time. Great leather quality and craftsmanship as usual! It fits my 10” tablet and my thick-ish notebook which are my usual priority items to carry everyday. The brass-made parts are solid and look great.

Absolutely love this bag. It fits well in my growing collection of Popov products - I’m quickly becoming a walking advertisement for this company! This bag is great for taking a book and an iPad to the coffee shop. It looks so great that I’m OK with people commenting on my man purse!
Very usable on day one but could take years to truly break-in. Single layer leather is thicker than my JK bison boots. Very few things are forever, even so I do expect this bag to be one.

I pre-ordered English Tan to match the rest of my Popov gear, and it looks amazing with the black strap. It does show scuffs and scratches more than I assume the black would but that was part of the appeal for me. It fits exactly what I need for a day without a bunch of extra space or sagging I get from bags with too much room.
