Description
A full-grain leather passport cover built to travel for a lifetime. Handmade in Nelson, British Columbia from full-grain leather, saddle-stitched by hand with waxed Tiger thread from Julius Koch, and finished with hand-burnished edges. Slim enough to sit inside a jacket pocket and discreet enough not to flag you at customs.
Universal fit: holds any passport, plus the kind of paperwork you actually travel with. Two card slots easily fit up to 6 cards (credit card, Global Entry or Nexus card, driver's license, vaccine card). The main billfold is wide enough for boarding passes and folded cash in any currency. The cover can carry two passports side by side for family travel. Dimensions closed: 4.1" wide by 5.7" high by 0.4" thick.
Four colours: Natural, English Tan, Heritage Brown, and Black. Full-grain leather softens with use, darkens into a rich patina, and carries the story of every trip it takes. Backed by our lifetime guarantee. If the leather, stitching, or edges ever fail, we repair or replace it free of charge.

This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear.
Shipping & Returns
All belts ship from our workshop within 3-7 days. Items that are hand-sewn (ie. wallets, book covers) typically take up to 1-2 weeks to make before they ship out. Once your order is ready, we ship it using the method you choose at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $125. Please note that we cannot offer free shipping to remote regions at this time.

This black leather passport cover is so well constructed that it will likely last the rest of my life. The stitching appears quite strong. The engraving of my initials looks very good. Just returned from a barn burner trip through Western Europe and this cover is the bees knees! I received this as a gift from my wife as she knew how much I liked my Popov cardholder. In fact, she got herself a matching passport holder and some coasters to boot!Unfortunately, it is 2020, so there's not much chance for action this year for a passport holder. However, it looks and smells great and I can tell I'll using this for a long time to come.

I find this color to be very lively and the real thing looks better than the photo. Stitching is good, but I noticed over sanding on the top right side of the cover. I am aware that handmade goods have variation and minor imperfection, maybe I am spoiled by all the other stuffs I bought from Popov.
